A public downtown gathering space with the EPB Community Stage, used for the City of Chattanooga's own programming — most recently the 2026 Noontunes lunchtime concert series, Thursdays through September 24. That series has concluded for the year; check chattanooga.gov before assuming a concert is current. Distinct from neighboring Miller Plaza (850 Market St), which is operated by River City Company and hosts Nightfall.
