A historic downtown theatre hosting touring concerts, Broadway shows, and the symphony. Closed since 2022 for a $75 million renovation and expansion (adding the new Tivoli Performing Arts Center next door), the Tivoli reopens Oct 20, 2026 with Billy Strings headlining both reopening nights. The Tivoli Theatre Foundation also presents shows at two other rooms nearby on the same ticketing site — Walker Theatre and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium (both at 399 McCallie Ave) — so double-check which specific room a show is in before heading downtown vs. to McCallie Ave.
