"The Ghosts of Chattanooga" runs nightly at 8 PM year-round, about 1 mile and 90 minutes, pitched for all ages (kids under 5 free with a paying adult) with stories kept kid-appropriate while still fun for adults. A second tour, "Cursed in Chattanooga," covers darker material and is 16+ only — don't book that one for a family outing. Both visit spots like the Tennessee Riverwalk and the historic Read House Hotel.
